In God's perfect vision for creation, Eden, rest was an integral part. This distinguishes our Father from the false gods and idols in Ancient Mesopotamia who wished to enslave mankind. In God's perfect vision He did all the work and the land will produce in abundance all its own. He wishes us to share in His rest, His Holy Sabbath.
