The Bible teaches us that the world in which we live and interact every day is only one aspect of existence, the seen or material realm. The other aspect of existence is the unseen realm or the spiritual realm. This realm has been influencing humanity since the very beginning. The Children of God are called to be agents of change in this dark world and the Holy Spirit gives us the power to conquer the darkness in our lives. This week, Pastor Josh shows how the story of the Tower of Babel has both elements, the seen and unseen. Mankind's sinful greed and pride lead them to build a city rejecting God's calling for their lives. Not only that but they try to build a tower to reach the heavenly realm on their own terms and not God's. Were they acting alone, though? Or were there other forces at work behind these actions? How do the Nephilim and "mighty men" play into the city of Babel and the Tower?
